In that role, she built the organization's master data management (MDM) foundation and 360-degree client view, aligning teams around a single, centralized picture of the customer. A results-driven leader with a Bachelor's in Business Administration (and currently pursuing an EMBA), she's driven digital transformation, performance analytics, and AI deployment throughout her career.

Nickolaos Mikedis is Leader, Strategy and Data Trust at iA Financial Group (Industrial Alliance), where he partners with business stakeholders to shape how data trust priorities translate into technology strategy. His path there runs through product ownership and 15+ years of IT project leadership on complex, multi-platform systems, experience that gives him both a leader and practitioner view of what it takes to operationalize trust at scale.

Jo Riseborough is Group Data Management and Data Culture Director at Lloyds Banking Group, where she leads a large, data-literate team shaping the group's data strategy and a mandate to make LBG one of the most data-literate financial institutions in the world. Her focus spans data quality, metadata management, and data products, built on the belief that AI's success depends on the data discipline behind it. Before LBG, she spent nearly 15 years at Aviva across audit, governance, underwriting, and financial crime prevention, building deep expertise in data privacy, governance, and risk.

Juan Sequeda is Principal Data Strategist & Researcher at ServiceNow (following its acquisition of data.world), and co-host of Catalog & Cocktails, the honest, no-bs data podcast. With 20 years working in knowledge graphs and ontologies, he holds a PhD in Computer Science from UT Austin and pioneered technology for building knowledge graphs from relational databases, work that led to W3C standards, patents, and the acquisition of his own startup, Capsenta, by data.world in 2019.

Chris Child is VP of Product, Data Engineering at Snowflake, where he oversees data engineering, open lakehouse, open source, and developer products. Since joining Snowflake in 2018, he's held several product leadership roles, including VP of Worldwide Sales Engineering, giving him a ground-level view of how customers put Snowflake's platform to work. Before Snowflake, he led product teams at Segment, Salesforce, RelateIQ, and Foursquare, and spent time as a technology investor. He's an alum of MIT and Stanford.

Donovan Spronk is Partner and Growth Platforms Leader (Ecosystems & Alliances, Technology Relationships) at Deloitte Central Europe, where he also serves as AWS Alliance Leader. A South African based in Prague, he brings 13+ years of experience across public sector, manufacturing, telco, and retail, with deep expertise in AI and data — spanning large-scale analytics engagements, M&A analytics, forensic analytics, and cloud-driven analytical product development.
