Data we control

This section deals with data other that included in data files uploaded by you into our service in order to have them checked; these data are data we process and are detailed below.

Personal data, their processing and temporary files

  1. Personal data for purposes of the contract. Personal data entered when ordering our goods or services are processed for purposes of performance under the terms of particular service or services.

Temporary files

Data we process

    • set sufficient technical and organizational standards in order to protect data we process against accidental or unlawful destruction or accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access, in particular where the processing involves the transmission of data over a network, and against other unlawful forms of processing and

    • comply with our other obligations set out by current legislation.

Your status as Data controller

  1. Data processing order and consent. You hereby request from us to carry out data processing in order to render our services according to Terms of Service regarding any data files you upload to our service. To the extent these data are concerning you in person you give us consent to process your data. To the extent these data are concerning other persons you give us specific order to perform data processing based upon request and consent of respective person whose data are being processed.

  2. You hereby explicitly ensure us that you are fully entitled to give us consent/order according to the previous paragraph and acknowledge that without this processing of uploaded data might be considered illegal.
